Terms of Service

Effective date: March 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of CaseReach, an AI-powered client intake and case management platform for law firms. By accessing or using CaseReach, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

CaseReach provides law firms with a branded client intake system, case management dashboard, and AI-assisted document generation tools. The platform is designed to assist attorneys with administrative functions. It is not a substitute for professional legal judgment.

2. Not legal advice

CaseReach is a software platform, not a law firm. Nothing generated by CaseReach — including intake summaries, case strength assessments, statute of limitations calculations, or drafted documents — constitutes legal advice. All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before use. CaseReach makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for any particular matter.

3. Eligibility

CaseReach is intended for use by licensed attorneys and their authorized staff. By using the platform, you represent that you are a licensed legal professional or are acting under the supervision of one.

4. Firm accounts

Each law firm is provided with a unique intake URL and attorney portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. AI-generated content

CaseReach uses the Anthropic Claude API to power intake conversations and document generation. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with clients. CaseReach is not liable for errors in AI-generated documents, case assessments, or deadline calculations.

7. Statute of limitations

CaseReach provides estimated statute of limitations deadlines based on jurisdiction and case type as a convenience tool only. These estimates are not legal advice and may not account for tolling, exceptions, local rules, or recent legal developments. You must independently verify all deadlines before advising clients or taking legal action.

8. Data and confidentiality

CaseReach stores structured case data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable professional responsibility rules regarding client confidentiality, data security, and supervision of technology. Review our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

9. Payment and cancellation

CaseReach is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your account and data remain accessible until the end of the current billing period, after which your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

CaseReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseReach and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or malpractice claims arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaseReach and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable professional conduct rules.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
